Garden City College names and resigns athletic director Ray Fulton
Ray Fulton, the first full time athletic director at Garden City Community College since Aug. 1980, resigned Wednesday night after six years. Fulton said he will return to coaching and leave administration, citing too many negative responses and a tough job.
