Edward J O'Donnell a 45 year old cattle buyer from El Reno Oklahoma died Wednesday when his car failed to make a turn on K23 near the Oklahoma border. The accident occurred as he traveled through Meade Kansas. He was identified by authorities and the incident is under investigation.
