A musical program of golden oldies and polka time music featuring Ken and Cheryl Degenhardt on accordion and keyboard will be presented at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Garden Valley Retirement Village 1505 E Spruce St. The public is invited at no charge. For more information call 275 5036.
GCCC opens Monday with spring enrollment available through the week. Registration runs 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays. Classes start January 11. Admissions, counseling and other offices extend hours the first week.

Deb Fief of Discount Liquor notes sales could rise 800 percent in Q4 with average tickets around 75 to 100 dollars.
