Garden City police arrested Jose Arana 21, on four counts of rape and two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Investigators say a 15 year old girl became pregnant after consensual activity occurred from 2002 to 2004. alleged rape occurred when she was 13 in the south central Garden City area.
