Police logs show Ronald Whitehurst cited for alleged no proof of insurance in the 200 block of North Main Street at 9 10 a.m. Two others Gloria Garcia and Jose Ramirez Garcia faced similar insurance citations. A 16-year-old and 17-year-old were arrested for curfew violations, released to parents. Other arrests include a municipal warrant for Marcos Echeverria and a city warrant for Brian Reid for theft. A 10-year-old girl was detained for theft and later released to treatment programs.
