Christmas Gift Drive Brightens Finney County for 72 Families
Garden City police distributed gifts and food to about 400 needy youngsters in Finney County as part of a second year effort with the Elks club and American Legion Auxiliary. Donations funded clothing for children and other essentials, with many families adopted by organizations. Police and city employees maintain holiday coverage, while churches host multiple services.
