Garden City fuels boast some of nation's lowest prices

Gas prices hit yearly lows across city in 2015

Gas prices in 2015 fell to record lows across Kansas and Garden City as prices started near 1.87 in January, local stations offered 1.94 to 1.99, then rose briefly to 2.50 in summer before sliding to as low as 1.31 in December. GasBuddy analyst cited refinery issues in Ohio as a factor.
