Garden City weighs third fire station on east side
A city consultant recommends adding a third fire station on Garden City’s east side to improve coverage amid growth. Olvin Ortega, 27, of Anthony NM, extradited to Kansas on four counts of rape of a minor under 14 and one count of attempted rape related to two Garden City girls between 2008 and 2011.
