Molina, previously convicted of sexually assaulting a 13 year old in Texas, was arrested again November 28. He faces another matter for failure to register as a sex offender scheduled for 2:30 p.m. January 16.

Jerri Rodriguez 18 faced multiple felonies and traffic violations after fleeing, eluding, obstruction, DUI, no insurance and suspended license. Cynthia Fortune 45 was arrested for DUI and suspended license. Brandi Sutherland 27 charged with disorderly conduct. Delia Martinez 21 also arrested for disorderly conduct. Stolen items include a clarinet from Hastings and a stolen truck bed trailer. Jewelry and IDs taken in a home entry. Total losses listed as 30 to 1016 dollars.
Multiple vandalism reports outline graffiti on a pole dumpster public restrooms and a business back wall with losses ranging from 25 to 600 dollars. Incidents occurred between December 5 and December 11 across North Ninth Street West Campbell Street East U S Highway 50 North Eighth Street Jennie Barker Road and nearby locations. authorities list 11 separate events with windows scratched and rocks thrown.
Garden City business C and D's World on Wheels was shut temporarily after a Saturday night fire. About 300 to 350 people were evacuated from the site at 2880 E Schulman Ave. No injuries were reported. Owner Glenn Webb cited an electrical malfunction and expected a fire department report on Tuesday. The shop plans to reopen Wednesday with free admission for evacuees. Eight go-karts and some parts were lost.
In Hutchinson Kansas AP reports former Trego County sheriff Ryan Bloom was sentenced to 27 years after being found guilty in October of molesting his 12 year old adopted daughter. Charges included rape aggravated indecent liberties and lewd behavior for crimes in 2005 and early 2006. A psychological review found him competent to assist his attorneys during trial.
