Roundup of Free School Music Concerts Next Week in Garden City
Garden City Public Schools schedule a series of free concerts across district sites. Monday features Horaes J. Good Middle School band in Clifford Hops Auditorium and Kenneth Henderson Middle School choir in the school gym. Garden City High School presents a 7:30 p.m. band concert in its auditorium. Tuesday brings Edith Scheuerman Elementary third and fourth grade concert in the gym and KHMS band, HGMS choir, and GCHS orchestra performances, with events at Clifford Hope Auditorium and GCHS Auditorium. Thursday offers Bernadine Sitts Intermediate Center art exhibit plus a 6 p.m. choir and orchestra, a 7:30 p.m. choir in GCHS Auditorium, and Cantamos Youth Choir premiere at 7:15 p.m. Choir alumni join in the Carol of the Bells handbell reprise.
