Memorial for Crouch recalls his student centered leadership in building GCCC from dorms to a full campus. He modernized KSDE as director of community colleges and later served as KSDE assistant commissioner. A Marine, educator, coach, and district leader, he guided campuses from 1968 onward. Memorial services Friday at Town and Country Church in Topeka.
