The Wright notice notes birth in 1934 in Russell Springs Kentucky marriage to Larry Wright and service at USD 466 and Scott County VIP Center with survivors and funeral details. Governor Sam Brownback announced four proposed policy changes aimed at conserving the High Plains aquifer used across eight states. Changes would enable groundwater districts to implement drought plans, expand storage, and extend multi year flex accounts to help farmers manage crops during shortages.
Several incidents include citations for no proof of insurance on John Mullenaux and Ingrid Mejia-Rodriguez, a theft allegation for Tabitha Tafoya, and a municipal bench warrant arrest for Jessica Laureles. Other entries involve out of county probation warrant for Pedro Morales-Chival and multiple graffiti damages totaling 210 dollars with vehicle window damage.
Between 10 a.m. and 1 30 p m a person took a bicycle from a yard on North Main Street with no permission loss 400 dollars. Between noon November 25 and 12 30 p m Wednesday a person entered an unlocked vehicle on North Jennie Barker Road and stole a firearm. Loss unknown.

Tomas Velasquez-Castr, 21, 1511 Avenida St, cited for driving with no license. Maleni Saldana, 18, 1108 N 12th St, cited for seat belt and license violations. Homero Rodriguez-Alvar, 29, 501 S Main St, charged with glass and sun screening device violations and suspended license. Omar Rodriguez-Alvar, 28, 909 N Henderson St, also mentioned.
