Garden City couple Paul and Kim Bayer announce their daughter Sarah Bayer will marry Tracy Manuel. Sarah, a Garden City High School graduate of 2006, Kansas State University alumna, and Comcare case manager, will wed Tracy, an El-Saline High School 2004 graduate and KSU social science bachelor, in Garden City on October 22, 2011 at St. Dominic’s Parish.
