Martinez Chosen as GCCC Representative on FCEDC Board
Finney County Economic Development Corp selects Steve Martinez, a Garden City Community College trustee, to fill the board seat left by the late Ron Schwartz. Martinez will serve the remainder of Schwartz’s term, then a full three year term through December 2019. The board also discussed Building Bridges, a KSDE initiative linking students with employers, and voted to relocate offices to 114 W. Pine Street after a three year lease.
