Teens bond through UCLA PEERS program for social skills
Andrea and nine autistic teens joined a 14 week UCLA PEERS friendship boot camp where parents participate as social coaches. Led by Dr Liz Laugeson the course teaches two way conversations and hosting while homework reinforces skills, with studies showing more friends visiting homes after training.
