Job Duties and Requirements for Independent Carrier Recruiter
Recruiting and contracting a force of independent carriers in the territory, providing route maps, monitoring newspaper distribution to subscribers for service and satisfaction, delivering down routes when needed, and promoting sales. Requires valid Kansas driver license and insured vehicle. High school diploma preferred. Strong organization and communication skills, basic PC knowledge, will train on the database system. Works with staff.
