Eruv dispute spurs appeal after halt near nature center
The Tenafly Eruv Association began erecting an eruv to extend the domain around Orthodox homes enabling Sabbath use of sidewalks. Borough officials halted work in September due to a wire strand above the nature center. lawyer Robert Sugarman planned an appeal.
