Holcomb School Board approves 2014 budget with mill cut
Holcomb USD 363 board approves the 2014-15 budget with a 40.165 mill levy, about four mills lower than last year. The general fund is 6.1 million dollars, local option budget remains 2.15 million, and capital outlay uses the maximum eight mills to fund facility projects through 2027. New staff include 13 district employees and Wiley Elementary principal Deana Novack, with orientation today and students back Wednesday.
