Four women launch Tomorrow's Treasures in Lucas
Four Lucas women converted a tiny white house into Tomorrow's Treasures at the Gathering Place a combined antique shop gift shop and coffee shop. The partners Linda Brant Lyn Leach Stephanie Svaty and Lori Ward offer antiques reproduction furniture local crafts baby blankets china old hankies candles artwork and flowers along with coffee tea cappuccino and house specialties. They opened in late June 2005 after buying the house in May and say they are already outgrowing the space as demand grows.
