The GCCC Board unanimously approved a 2006 07 budget raising taxes by 553389 while cutting the mill levy to 19.29 from 19.54. Assessed property value is rising about 35 million, lifting expected taxes to 9748609 from 9195220. a $100 000 home would pay 221.84 to GCCC, down 2.87. General fund budget is 15571391, with in state tuition 39 per credit hour and out of state 65, keeping per credit hour totals at 60 and 86 respectively.
