Carr murder trial to stay in Wichita
Wichita District Judge Paul Clark ruled the murder case of Reginald Carr should remain in Wichita. The ruling rejected a move to shift venue due to a campaign ad linking the suspect to a 2000 law and a claim the DNA evidence may bias jurors. The judge said DNA evidence will be admitted if persuasive and jurors must weigh its credibility.
