Mrs Don Ploger began as the new librarian at Garden City Public Library on Tuesday, replacing Mrs Lester Harp who retires. Ploger has eight years experience as a library assistant at Hugo ton High School and Garden City Senior High School. Harp will remain to assist during the transition. Ploger has no stated plans for changes in library programs. She previously did extension work in Edwards and Seward counties.
