Dream fulfills boy’s aviation dream with Whiteman base visit
A Dream Factory effort arranged Lt Col Tony Monetti and staff to fly Drew and his family from Garden City to Whiteman Air Force Base. Drew toured the base, rode in a Bearcat vehicle, fired a machine gun, sat in a B 2 simulator, and wore a flight suit. He also received a real missile key and Mustang drive, and attended the Dream Factory Gala in Kansas City with Monetti as keynote speaker.
