Tornado toll and cleanup costs rise across North Carolina

A North Carolina tornado outbreak caused at least 21 deaths and damaged or destroyed more than 800 homes. Gov. Perdue toured the devastation as Bertie County logged at least 2.5 million dollars in damage.
