Police Beat Reports From Local Logs Show Multiple Offenses
Carmen Whitlock, 36, was arrested for driving while suspended at 6:42 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Fourth Street. Brian Hill, 30, was arrested for domestic battery at 8:45 p.m. in the 1900 block of Labrador Boulevard. Ruben Escalante, 18, was cited for driving while suspended at 8:10 p.m. in the 600 block of Conkling. A 12-year-old boy was arrested for battery at 7:29 p.m. in the 1300 block of B Street and lodged in the juvenile detention center. Aganetha Giesbrecht, 36, cited at Wal-Mart for shoplifting $19 in cold medicine. Lacie Wilcox, 17, arrested on an arrest and detain order at Court Services and lodged in juvenile detention. Vernon Folkerts, 68, cited for theft at Dillons after allegedly shoplifting $12 in cigarettes. A license plate was stolen from a vehicle sometime before noon in the 4101 block of East U.S. Highway 50, loss $3. Around 2:15 p.m. in the 1100 block of Spruce, a portfolio valued at $12 was stolen. an ID was inside. Monday at Fleming Place Apartments, someone stole $51 and a book of stamps from the office.
