Brownback Wagle relationship shows signs of mending
In Kansas, Governor Sam Brownback and Senate President Susan Wagle have moved from past clashes over tax plans and budget ideas toward a tentative reconciliation. If cooperation continues, progress on funding education and balancing the budget could accelerate ahead of May 1 legislative return.
