Kansas military school seeks dismissal of abuse suit
St. John s Military School in Kansas moved in federal court to dismiss or arbitrate a new abuse lawsuit filed by six former cadets and an adult, alleging older students known as Disciplinarians beat and abused younger cadets with faculty present. The school denies abuse, cites anti hazing pledges, and notes prior investigations found no validity to the claims. The suit names the Episcopal Church and diocese as defendants and references a Facebook photo and leg x ray as exhibits it seeks to strike.
