GCCC fund raiser pairs students in brave display for sick girl
Garden City High School seniors from a GCCC engine repair class form a six member team to raise funds for Tabitha, a patient needing a second surgery on April 22 for nerve damage. The team faced a rule requiring three males and three females, prompting officials from the criminal justice department to cover entry fees if three boys dressed as women. The display included scaling an uneven pole, wearing a Mary Poppins style skirt, and an eating contest with cat food.
