Garden City High School's boys tennis team opened the 2011 season with a strong second place at the Great Bend Invitational. The Buffs scored 42 points, narrowly behind Liberal’s 44, with Fidelix Ryaw winning the No. 2 singles title and Brennan and Denton Keller taking No. 2 doubles.
