Turner's drive turns dream into NASCAR role with Evernham
Brady Turner left Ohio to chase a NASCAR dream after an Evernham Motorsports interview inspired him. He drove to North Carolina, earned a trial, and now works on Bill Elliott's No. 9 Dodge, advancing from errands to fabricating and tire work while aiming to become a crew chief. He is among a small group of African Americans in NASCAR's top series and views racing as a lifelong career built on hard work and learning.
