Judge denies second DNA testing in Haddock murder case
Johnson County District Judge James Franklin Davis ruled Friday that Kenneth E. Haddock, 55, of Olathe, failed to show how new DNA results would alter his 1993 murder conviction. Haddock was found guilty of first degree murder in his wife Barbara Haddock's 1992 beating death, a scene discovered by their teenage daughter in the garage.
