Sleepy Eye Spring Wheat Flour for good bread is advertised at McCoy's. Various local residents and visitors are noted with routine social visits and gatherings in Kokomo, Lincoln, Young America, and Logansport. Several for sale notices include polled Durham cows and draft colts.

Mrs. Keller and children are at the home of her parents, John Burrows and wife. We pay 4 per cent per annum on certificates of deposit from date if left two or more even months. Come and see us. We want your business. -First State Bank, Galveston, and Mrs. Dora List, assisted by her daughters Ethel and Mrs. Clara Ver bryck, entertained the Willing Work ers Friday. Those present were Mesdames James Henry, W. T. Pat ten, Millie Meek, Julia Nelson, Marie Hart, Rebecca McClain, Belle Wam pler, May Scott and Miss Anna Wampler. A sumptuous dinner was served at the noon hour.
The Ladies Aid of Lincoln's Methodist church hosted a Halloween masquerade in the church basement with 300 present and 150 masked. Food stalls offered sandwiches pie pickles oysters ice cream candy and more. Prizes went to Mrs Iva Cook and John Samsel. Mr and Mrs George Saylors and son Arthur hosted a party Friday night with numerous guests and treats including pumpkin pie doughnuts coffee and candy.

Mr and Mrs G W McCoy entertain with a masked Halloween party at their West Washington Street home. Witches jack o lanterns and candles decorate the rooms while guests in costumes enjoy ice cream cake coffee and music. Prizes go to Emma Walker best masked lady H N Woods best masked man and Ot Pearcy most comical.
