Kokomo area visitors and residents appear in a string of short notices. Walter King visits Kokomo. Miss Minnie Persinger visits Anoka. Mrs. Vernon Keller returns from Warsaw. the Monteiro granite advertised for sale. several residents move, travel or plan events. Church music and funerals are noted, along with local business ads and minor civic updates.
Cass county dairy producers may enter the butter making contest to be held in Indianapolis on March 28. The contest is organized by the Purdue University O F Hunziker dairy department.
In the evening the services will be given over to the Woman's Missionary society and a service in commemoration of the 25th anniversary will be held. David Newels and wife celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary at their home in Rensselaer on Sunday. All their children were present to help. among them Rev.W. R Newels of Flora. They have probably been longer married than any living couple in this part of the state.
