The Galveston Bank of Galveston Indiana closes its affairs and requests all note holders and creditors to present notes and claims for payment. Dated June 13 1912 President F H Thomas. Oscar Woolley hosts a dinner in honor of Jesse Vanfossen of Ohio with many local guests. A birthday surprise for Jesse Reece marked his 23rd birthday with a large orchard dinner and many attendees.
Autauqua opens July 5 with roundups and preliminaries and runs daily through July 14. Fifteen attractions include H L Richards Yates former governor Ralph Parlette Hon George D Alden Dr James Montgomery Arthur Ewert and more. Evening programs start July 7 with Bible hour July 9 12 and end July 13. Tickets $1.50 in advance $2 at gate. morning classes run July 5 14 with 50 cent extra for full season access.
