On May 13 1908 B B Richards was appointed and qualified as Administrator of the estate of James T Brown late of Cass County Indiana. The estate is declared solvent.
The undersigned Administrator of the estate of James T. Brown deceased will on the matters of probate and settlement proceed in due course, inviting all creditors and interested parties to present claims and participate in the ensuing proceedings.

Mell Douglas and family from Ko komo spent Sunday with Mrs. Dollie Douglas. Dr Z A Loop enclosed Bernerd Thomas clothing store windows, giving Bernerd a chance to showcase his stock.
