Smallpox Illnesses and Local Delinquencies Reported
Everett Bell and Eph Campbell are ill with smallpox. The ladies of the M. E. church raised 27 dollars from their dinner Saturday. Mrs. Jennie Weaver of Miami visited George Patterson and wife Thursday and Friday. Matt Cree and family and Clifford Cree and family spent Sunday with Virgil Beck and family at Young America. G. W. Kem has leased a Greentown garage and will move his family there soon. John Mills has rented the Turley property to be vacated by Mr Kem's.

Car Stolen From A. C. Stafford Recovered at Police HQ
A Ford owned by A. C. Stafford was stolen in Kokomo on Wednesday night and found Saturday morning in front of the police headquarters. The car was in good condition and had more gasoline than when it was taken. The person who took it is not known.

The G A R Post and Old Glory Circle plan their annual Lincoln Day Dinner in the U B church basement on Thursday February 12. Dinner costs 35 cents. All returned soldiers and families are invited. Also note a health update from Mrs Dick Zehring in Phoenix stating she is recovering with improved health and weight, while her mother Mrs Agnes Campbell has been ill with influenza and bronchial pneumonia but improving.
