Attorney B B Richards made a business trip to Kokomo Monday. C M Beganz rents Mrs Jennie Williams property on east Jackson street. Mr Clinger rents James Myers property on Griffith street. Check label reads 10 and report if not. Archie Vint and family and Mrs Mollie Sherman moved to Washington street property. Leroy Cornell and wife moving into vacated property. Thanks extended to Odd Fellows and Rebekah lodges and friends for help after death of husband and father Mrs Emma Cameron and daughter. The fourth Galveston lecture drew a fine audience with Miss Kennedy impersonations and Maud Kimball violin selections from Chicago. Stars earned repeated encores and a joyful response.
David L. Cameron born January 13 1832 in Ohio died January 25 1910 in Galveston aged 78 years 13 days. He lived in Galveston about 23 years left a widow Emma McKay and daughter Lillie survived. He served in the Civil War and was honorably discharged. Funeral at residence with Rebekah lodge attendance. burial at Weston Cemetery with Odd Fellows. He was a charter member of the Rebekah lodge and a public spirited citizen. A local letter notes his life and civic service. Korne Will Masters of Seymour spent Friday with his brother Eugene Masters. Harry Hart and family visited Sam Ronk and wife, Rev Cissel of Logansport and Rev T J Johnson of Muncie were G I veston visitors Monday.
