Delmont McClain and family spent Monday in Galveston. J Will Armstrong moved to Mier to live with Chas Hardin and family. John Thomas offers a selection of fine rockers at bargain prices not yet unpacked after Christmas. Come and see them.
Benjamin H. Richards, Commissioner, advertises private sale of multiple parcels in Cass and Howard Counties Indiana under an Indiana Circuit Court order. Sale begins January 11 1910 at his Galveston office with parcels including sections 24 25 18 and real estate in Griffiths Addition. Terms: all cash or one third cash and two deferred payments with 6 percent interest secured by first mortgage.
The Second Annual Show of the Galveston Poultry and Pet Stock Association closed Friday with 420 entries, up from 270. Birds earned top scores including 95, with awards listed for Barred Rocks to Embden Geese and special recognitions. Event notes mention venue at Bevington hall, financial totals, and plans for a larger 1910 show.
