Activities include visits to Kokomo Bluffton North Grove Logansport and Indianapolis with names such as Marion Clara Bradford Marie Fickle and Maud Graham. A dry remonstrance is filed in Creek Township and local tradesmen advertise works and services.
The report lists numerous Thanksgiving guests visiting families in POR Grove including Anderson Emerick and wife Alii son Bell and family, Enos McClain and wife, and Kalamazoo visitor Albert McLaughlin with R. McLaughlin family. Other households welcome relatives from Kokomo, Tipton, Indianapolis, and Logansport. A DECEMBER MILLINERY SALE advertises hats, jewelry, corsets and hair goods under cost.
A list of Thanksgiving visitors from Clinton County and nearby towns gathered at the homes of Robert Betts and W. B. Davies. Attendees included J. F. Betts, Claude Cochran, Frank Betts, Bert Ising and families, Mrs. Kate Betts, Wm. Davies, Joseph Davies, Tom Powers, Ora Davies, Elmer Elleman and others.
Indiana launches its 1911 Red Cross Christmas seals drive with 1.5 million seals shipped from state headquarters in Indianapolis. Agents, posters, and Talking Points pamphlets are distributed as hundreds of canvassers cover cities from Terre Haute to Indianapolis this December.
