Trespass Case Ends Today in Menominee Court
In Justice Clark's court Frank Tapley and W D Wilson were found guilty of trespassing on the Heyer land. They were fined $1 each plus costs, totaling about $80. The suit was brought by Mrs Amelia Heyer of Menominee station. The case has been pending since last Saturday with about 20 witnesses testifying.
Team Goes Over Bank at Galena Alley
