San Francisco May 21 Charles T Lenahan the youth who testified at Theodora Durrants trial that he offered a diamond ring for sale at Oppenheims pawn shop was arrested today on a petit larceny charge The complainant Annie Crowley of 11 Polk Street says at a party at Miss Rileys in the Mission Lenahan wore her diamond ring and later pawned it at Rosenhall Pawn Shop 19 Taylor Tree He admitted pawning the ring and offered no defense claiming intoxication at the time.
