Announcement says Ringling Bros will perform July 12 in Fort Wayne with matinee and evening shows. The new Cinderella spectacle features 300 dancing girls in Ballet of the Fairies plus 400 arnici artists in the main tent after Cinderella. The troupe includes 1009 wild animals and 41 elephants including Big Bingo, with nearly 800 horses and a three mile street parade Thursday morning.

Wolfe Family Reunion Observed in Fremont
The 20th Wolfe family reunion gathering at Lynn C. Bisbee’s Fremont home on June 21, 1917 included a noon pot-luck dinner for 80 plus attendees, a business meeting electing Bisbee as secretary, and speeches by Drs. B. F. Wolfe and S. C. Wolfe. They planned the 1918 reunion at Forest Park Lake George. After a visiting afternoon, ice cream and cake luncheon closed the event.

Pythian Memorial Services Held At East Church
Pythian Memorial Services by Knights of Pythias and Pythian Sisters were held last Sunday with Rev. O P Schleicher delivering the address at East church. Red Cross Subscription Far Ahead of Quota in Steuben County
Steuben County’s Red Cross drive greatly exceeded the weekly quota of 5500 dollars, raising over 10700 and continuing as more givers come forward. Fremont and Clear Lake townships contributed 1155.75 on Monday, with over 200 more residents in Fremont and east Jamestown signing membership applications and paying fees.
