The Bank of Fremont Indiana reports its condition as of December 5 1911 with total liabilities shown. Newt G Ball cashier swears the statement is true in Steuben County Indiana notarized by Frank J Sailor with commission expiry 1914.
O H Brown of Muscadine Alabama credits Dr King’s New Discovery with saving his wife from a severe bronchial illness and dangerous cough. The ad claims the remedy treats lung trouble, hemorrhages, la grippe, asthma and other ailments with a trial bottle offered free. Other notes mention Chicago visits, saloon politics in Ashley, and guests at the Mundy and Weigle households.
Chronicle claims lightning fatalities were few in 1906 and promotes Electric Bitters as a universal remedy. It cites Robert Madeen of West Burnington Indiana, saved after doctors gave up, praising the tonic for stomach liver nerves and kidney issues, offered at 50 cents.
