Albion School Plans Holiday Programs And Library Additions
The Albion program impressed attendees as the Emersgfians prepare a Christmas program. New outside readings arrive for English sections and questions arise about electric current for evening programs and film instruction. The Ladies Responding to invitations by the Tightwads gathered at Howard Lees home for a formal dinner with a grand menu and heartfelt toasts. The gentlemen were thanked for a delightful evening and the party cleared any stigma around the Tightwad name. Masonic Lodge elected officers led by W M Frank P Hall and others including S W William E Blackman J W Frank Shupp Treasurer Jesse Steffey Secretary Cary T Jordan Trustee William E Rummel.

Obituary notes Mrs. John Geedy born Mariah Clark Columbiana County Ohio 1850 married Isaac Geedy Nov 7 1875. She died Nov 26 1919 at age 69 years 4 months. Survived by two daughters two grandchildren and siblings and half brother. Card of thanks from family follows. The wind did considerable dark age here Saturday.
