K O P Lodge Hosts Knights of Pythias Visitors
Nearly fifty Hamilton lodge Knights of Pythias and about fifteen Metz members visited Fremont lodge last Friday night. Visitors joined in third rank work with F J Sailor L E Penner James Worthington and George Pettit receiving instruction. Plans discussed for a Fish Lake jollification meeting next spring as weather permits. Fremont Knights previously visited Hamilton on November 23 and the Hamilton group returned the visit last Friday night.

Home Telephone adds cable on Albion street to replace poles
The Home Telephone Company is laying about 1300 feet of cable along Albion street to carry its lines. The work moves lines from south side poles to the Central Union poles on the north side, eliminating the overhead poles and wires.

Absent Students Noted Ahead of Emersonian Program
Schoolmates Harold Lint Sloane Lewis and Clayton McNaughton were absent Monday. The Emersonian program will be given Friday evening December 4th. Admission ten cents. Drawing grades are higher this month. Mildred Wide was absent several days this week. We are enjoying the monthly test this week. Delinquent youths have sent touching appeals not to print tardies, but penalties may follow for lateness.
