The California W C T U met Wednesday afternoon at Mrs Adda Knapp's home. After singing Scatter Sunshine and prayers the roll called current events. Edna Smith sought resignation as flower missions head, to be replaced by Adda Knapp, with papers and funds handed to her. The group planned an annual tea with Mrs Hotchkiss attending and discussed selling hand extracts at 25 cents a bottle. The program on Child Welfare featured papers by Hotchkiss Smith and others, ending with a Mother's Prayer. Reunion news followed and an advertisement for RAT SNAP rat poison ended the item.
