Supervisors Open July 1877 Proceedings in Stephenson County
The July 6 1877 session of the Stephenson County Board of Supervisors met at Freeport with W Ill Cox presiding. Members including Frey Kleckner Ellis Florence Poffenberger Brown Silver Creek Stover and others examined petitions on highways and taxes and approved several resolutions, including bounty payments on wolves and funding for a teachers' institute.
