Denmark law punishes failure to aid in mortal danger
The Denmark statute punishes those who wilfully refuse to succor helpless persons when aid is possible without endangering the helper. In some cases mere omission to aid is punishable. It declares that refusing to help in mortal danger and causing death can lead to imprisonment or a fine. The Woman's Evangelical Temperance Association has formed in Washington by former WNCTU members opposing suffrage, with Mrs. M A Reilly as president and others as officers.
