Miss Snow a cold, lonely collarworker on Christmas Eve shelters in a dirty tenement. A child Millie arrives begging, and Snow’s memories of loss and a past necklace hint at hidden family ties. Millie returns with the necklace that links Snow to her prodigal brother Charlie, now ill, and the couple reunites with Millie’s help, restoring a fractured family by Christmas morning.
The minutes cover regular and special meetings from December 1 1879 through December 15 1879.
