Strayed notice from J W Weddell seeks the location of a small red and white spotted cow lost on Nov 2 1880. The heifer is 8 to 4 years old with large horns, gentle nature, and milk production. A liberal reward offered for return.
The notice promotes Base Burner as a favored stove with a double fire-pot and claims five years of use. It touts the Gold Coin stove as a fuel saver with nickel detailing and multiple nickel parts. Burghard & Scott and Burrell Bros advertise winter apples, claiming superior flavor from northeastern Michigan and urging inspection at 110 Stephenson St.
Mrs W A Stevens advertises bargains on black and colored cashmeres and new styles in fancy slippers by James McNamara at the Sign of Giant urging shoppers to view before buying Christmas gifts.

It reports one million bottles used in the past year and offers a trial bottle for ten cents or a full bottle for one dollar. Also included is a bank stockholders meeting notice for the First National Bank of Vieeport on January 11 1881 with cashier Geo F DeForest listed.
The Busy Range is described as an economical fuel saver with first-class design and many superior features. Burchard & Scott are noted in association with the item.
A speedy and positive cure for catarrh diphtheria canker mouth and headache is advertised as Shiloh's Catarrh remedy. A nasal injector is included free with each bottle. Priced at 50 cents, the treatment is sold by Emmert and Bur ell.
A Rochester NY reader quotes testimonials for Dr. M M Fenner remedies claiming cure of facial disease with Blood and Liver Tremady and Nerve Tonic. Additional items include Fenner’s Cough Syrup and Golden Relief for pain, plus St Vitus Dance Specific. Sold by Emmert and Burrell.
